Dr. Shatha Matti is a highly accomplished pharmacist, entrepreneur, and community leader with a passion for advancing patient care and pharmaceutical excellence. Originally from Iraq, she was raised in Southeast Michigan and embodies the spirit of a life-long learner.

Dr. Matti earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, following a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences from Wayne State University. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Mary’s College (Madonna University) with a double major in Biology and Chemistry.

With over 22 years of experience as a Pharmacist Manager at CVS Health, Dr. Matti went on to establish her own practice as the Founder and CEO of NCA Pharmacy & Compounding in Waterford, Michigan, where she has led operations for the past seven years, combining clinical expertise with entrepreneurial vision to serve her community.
